I’ve run into several people lately who can’t get these products where they live.
I wanted to do a blog giveaway to celebrate the launch of my new website.
An idea was born …
The giveaway consists of a box of Portfolio Series Water Soluble Oil Pastels (24 pack) and a tin of 10 Caran d’Ache Neocolor II Water Soluble Wax Pastels (i.e., crayons) and several sheets of book text that would be ideal to use in Mixed Media Collage or your art journal.
