A few days ago, I was visiting the blog of fellow Fly Triber, the talented Kelly Lahl, and I saw one of the most beautiful pieces of fabric I’ve ever seen — a hand-dyed lavender and tangerine silk scarf with doodling on it. I immediately fell in love and decided that I had to have it! I bought it strictly out of attraction to the colors and design. I don’t wear scarves, so there was no consideration about how it might fit with my wardrobe. I just loved looking at it.
I got my scarf a couple of days ago. It’s a beautiful in person as it looks in the pictures. And oh-so soft! I have it sitting on my desk next to my computer monitor; every so often, I just reach over and touch it. It feels as wonderful as it looks.
